Specialized Asset Services / Realtor

Atlanta Intown Real Estate Services is a boutique, LGBT and woman-owned Real Estate Brokerage with three offices in Metro Atlanta. We have a combined 40 years of experience in the retail market and over 15 years of experience in the REO and Default Industry. With over 15 years in real estate, I have sold over 1,500 homes in Metro Atlanta. My experiences include working with first-time homebuyers, investors, the default industry; REO; short sales; pre-foreclosures; and with HUD counseling agencies to help keep homeowners in their home through loan modifications, or through any of the other available programs such as HAMP/HARP. I am also experienced in selling high-end homes. I have been licensed since 2001. I began working the REO market in 2007, and have been the top agent in multiple real estate offices from 2009-2014. I am also making strides to do the same for 2015. I have the knowledge, compassion and experience when working with struggling homeowners in the preforeclosure/short sale arena, and with homeowners who have just had their home foreclosed on and who will need relocation assistance or cash-for-keys making a dignified transition to another home. I have a full staff to assist with occupancy checks, cash-for-keys, property preservations, marketing and selling bank owned assets. I bring to the table detailed knowledge of construction and repair costs, enabling me to evaluate, assess and advise marketing strategies for a particular asset as is vs. repaired. We pride ourselves in our efficiency to submit BPO’s within 24-48 hours but with great details to show our clients what the market really looks like. I have done hundreds of BPO’s and have sold close to 1,000 homes in the past 8 years.

BillWilliamsBill Williams / Axxiom Franchise Consultants

Bill knows what it’s like to want to control your destiny by owning a business. He began his career in the United States Army where he served as an officer in Vietnam. For more than 30 years, he was an executive with technology companies, responsible for training, support, operations and IT. After experiencing “his final corporate reorganization,” he became an adjunct career consultant with Right Management Associates, the firm who provided his outsourcing services.

It was there that he discovered his passion to help others discover their full potential. “As a consultant, I helped them get past the anger and shock of being fired and see this as one of the greatest opportunities of their lives,” he says. “Often, they chose to ‘hire themselves’ and start their own businesses.”

Bill also had aspirations to be his own boss. He wanted to run a business that capitalized on his military and corporate experiences to help others realize their dreams. Research showed that the structure and track record of franchise businesses increased an owner’s success rate. As part of Axxiom Franchise Advisors and the International Franchise Professionals Group, Bill can help you discover the best franchises for your unique skills and desires. Seasoned and wise. Of the highest integrity. Respected and trusted. Caring. An excellent listener with your best interests at heart. That’s how Bill’s colleagues describe him. He speaks and writes on career issues. As a member of the Atlanta Vietnam Veterans Business Association, he helps former military professionals transition into new careers.

Shannon Russo / Kinetix
CEO

Who is Shannon Russo?  Well…..she’s the CEO of Kinetix. She’s got a background as a finance executive with companies such as Spherion, W.R. Grace, M&M/Mars, Inc., and Kidder, Peabody & Co. She rode the corporate wave. She had a big expense account. Then she opted out to do her own thing andfounded Kinetix with the goal of creating a firm that could help growing companies get the talent they need to compete. She thought she’d get more sleep by running her own firm. She was wrong. Luckily, that’s not contagious.

Specialties: Financial chops. Dealmaker. Eye for talent.  Mountain Summiter.

In her role as CEO, Shannon is responsible for overall operations and leading the strategic direction of Kinetix. In real talk, that means she creates the foundation for company growth, delivers new business, maintains good relationships with existing clients, manages the leadership and sales teams, and drives the overall vision and culture of the Kinetix brand.

What is Shannon’s Vision for Kinetix?   To be the North American Recruitment Process Outsourcing leading firm to deliver a triple play in an integrated way: through RPO, Employer Branding, and Staffing & Recruiting. She has a crazy passion for what happens when talent acquisition is done right—because everybody wins.

Kris Dunn / Kinetix
Chief Resorces Officer / Chief Marketing Officer

Who is Kris Dunn?  That’s an easy question – Kris Dunn is a Partner and the Chief Human Resources Officer/Chief Marketing Officer at Kinetix. Prior to Kinetix, Kris served in HR leadership roles at DAXKO, Charter and Cingular.  Kris believes that the key to great business results is to get talented people, then do cool stuff to maximize their motivation, performance and effectiveness once you have them in the door. As it turns out, that’s his simple definition of talent management.

Specialties: Belief that the HR function rocks mixed with Business Chops. Crossover Dribble. Encyclopedia- like knowledge of the Grunge Era.

Kris is also the founder of two industry-leading blogs: Fistful of Talent and The HR Capitalist – and has written over 70 feature columns at Workforce Management magazine.  As a result of that commitment, he’s been named one of the Top 100 Influencers in the World of HR and a Top 25 Digital Influencer in the HR and Talent Management communities.
