Prior to her appointment as CEO at The Intersect Group, Rebecca was CEO of Astadia, a leading, global provider of innovative business and technology solutions with expertise in delivering full software development lifecycle and infrastructure solutions in several key areas of digital strategy, marketing automation, design, application development, application management, infrastructure services, and customer support.
Rebecca was previously with Adecco Group NA, where she began as Senior Vice President and rose to Chief Sales Officer for Adecco Staffing U.S., a leading National and International firm, where she served in a variety of leadership roles in Account Sales and Management, Alternative Delivery, Implementation, and Supplier Diversity. Prior to Adecco, Rebecca served as Chief Sales Officer with SeatonCorp, and as Vice President of Business Development and Principal for the ProStaff group of companies.
Rebecca holds bachelor’s degrees in business administration and psychology from Carroll University in Wisconsin.

Michael Giglio is the owner of Georgia Life Settlements, LLC located in Milton, Georgia. Georgia Life Settlements offers life settlement services to seniors in North Fulton county. A life settlement is the sale of a life insurance policy on behalf of a senior, to a third party, for more than the policy’s cash surrender value. On average, life settlements return many times more cash than a policies cash surrender value and is a great option for seniors who plan to surrender or lapse their life insurance policies. The Georgia Life Settlements team has two decades of experience brokering nearly 24,000 policies with a face value of approximately $1 billion. Leveraging an innovative life settlement exchange, Georgia Life Settlements provides its clients access to more than 20 institutional investors who compete to purchase their policies. The outcome is a competitive bidding process that drives up the commercial value of a client’s life insurance policy. Michael is also a licensed life, accident, and sickness agent. He has partnered with the Crump Insurance Group, one of the largest brokers of insurance products in the United States. Michael enjoys helping individuals and families address their life, disability and long term care insurance needs. Michael is a 29 year veteran of the United States Coast Guard. He commanded several ships, was the chief of the Coast Guard’s Office of Law Enforcement, and served as a member of the National Security Council staff. Michael is a current member of American Legion Post 201 in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Lenise Williams is a mother, entrepreneur educator, Small Business Attorney and Business Consultant. She provides female entrepreneurs with legal and business consulting to navigate them through the challenges of launching their business and building a lucrative brand. She also assists entrepreneurs in protecting their brand through proper legal agreements, federal protection through trademark and copyright, investor agreements, contract review, legal formation and much more.
Lenise also provides resources and guides to the aspiring and existing entrepreneur. She travels nationally speaking to women about building and growing their own business. Her goal is to launch 1,000 women into entrepreneurship over the next 3 years. She further seeks to aid an additional 500 female owned businesses with expanding their business & their income.
