Since the firm’s inception in 2009, Bonnie has led the young company to become widely recognized and respected within the professional services marketing niche, with award-winning client websites and an outstanding history of business success having worked with clients in 23 states and 2 Canadian provinces.

She is excited about the publication of her first book earlier this year, Take Your Marketing Online! Proven Ways to Grow Your Firm in the Digital Age. Matt joined Bell Oaks following his work with Cbeyond, an Atlanta-based communications provider for businesses. His ability to maintain mutually beneficial relationships with his customers is what led him to Bell Oaks. As partner, Matt is quickly becoming a noted industry expert. He currently serves on the board of the Furniture Bank of Metro Atlanta, the only local organization of its kind with a mission to “make a house a home” by providing furniture items to families in need. As a board member, he is involved in the planning and execution of the organization’s fundraisers, including the annual Chairish the Future Gala and The Atlanta Mattress 500. He also works to develop strategic partnerships and alliances to further the mission of the organization. He and his wife Lindsey are active members of Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Atlanta and currently reside in Alpharetta, Georgia with their twin daughters Emily and Avery.

Seeking to combine the quality of large firm representation with the flexibility, responsiveness, and cost-effectiveness of a nimbler shop, Todd’s practice remains dedicated to the employer side of the employer-employee relationship. From on-boarding new talent and assisting with the development of workable job descriptions, personnel policies, and compensation plans, to guiding clients through sticky disciplinary, performance, and leave issues, to executing respectful and amicable separations, Todd provides practical bottom line-oriented legal advice to small and medium-sized employers.

When not working to represent the needs of employers, Todd enjoys hiking, landscaping, photography, and coaching youth baseball. He played NCAA baseball while at Washington & Lee University and his love of the game inspired him to coach the next generation of ball players. He’s active in the Georgia Bar Association’s Lawyers Assistance Program, serves as secretary for the board of directors of Buckhead Baseball, Inc. and president of the board of directors of Haygood United Methodist Church Weekday Children’s Ministries, and is a member of the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Sports Network board.

Todd lives in the Atlanta neighborhood of Morningside with his wife, Ashley, their two sons, Parker and Griffin, and their rescue setter-collie mix, Hattie.

Chris CarnealChris Carneal is the founder and president of Booster and its flagship school funding program, the Boosterthon Fun Run.
Chris was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. He later attended Samford University in Birmingham, Ala., where he played baseball. During college he started his first company, All Sports Tutoring, a sports training program that also taught students valuable character and leadership lessons.

The son of a long-term educator, Chris sold All Sports Tutoring in 2002 and launched his newest endeavor, an innovative fitness fundraiser for schools called the Boosterthon Fun Run. He designed it as an alternative to the product sales that most elementary schools use to meet budget shortfalls. Today, Booster employs more than 450 team members and partners with over 1,600 schools to meet their yearly funding goals. The Boosterthon also offers one of the most innovative character education programs in the nation with more than one million students participating. In its mission to strengthen schools by increasing funds and inspiring students, Booster has raised schools more than $120 million to improve education since its inception.

Chris and his wife Lyndie live in Johns Creek, Ga., with their four children.

Christopher C. Hanks
is the founder and executive director of the KSUEntrepreneurship Center. Prior to this, Hanks was the founder and director of the entrepreneurship program at the University of Georgia. He has owned multiple businesses, including music, e-commerce, publishing, and export ventures. He is also the co-author of a best-selling book on low risk entrepreneurship.

Hanks leads the International Entrepreneurship Institute and is certified in business valuation, providing expert witness testimony. Before teaching at UGA, Hanks taught entrepreneurship at Georgia State University and assisted in leading the Russell Center for Entrepreneurship. He earned a BBA from University of Georgia and an MBA from San Jose State University. Before launching his first business, Hanks held corporate risk management positions in the pharmaceutical and beverage industries.

Landel Hobbs, founder and CEO, LCH Enterprises, LLC, Atlanta, GA, assumed his new leadership role as chairman of the National 4-H Council Board during last month’s Board meeting. Hobbs areas of expertise span the financial, telecommunications, media and entertainment industries. Prior to LCH Enterprises, Mr. Hobbs was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Time Warner Cable as well as the Chief Accounting Officer for Turner Broadcasting Company.

He has served on Councils Board for more than five years and prior to his new leadership post chaired the Finance Committee.

She grew up playing softball and enjoyed success in water sports. Marjorie was introduced to CrossFit in 2007 by a good friend who trained with her in a Lifetime Fitness. At the time she was also into cycling, distance racing, and other endurance sports; looking to feed her desire for both competition and fitness. Marjorie realized that this type of fitness never made her strong, so in 2011 she committed full time to CrossFit and has never looked back. She credits CrossFit for allowing her to live everyday of her life healthy and to its fullest potential and truly draws happiness from helping the people she coaches realize their own potential, achieve their fitness goals, and become better humans in the process!

Travis MayerTravis Mayer is an owner here at CrossFit Passion, our head coach and programmer, a world class CrossFit Competitor, and all around fun dude. Travis made his second consecutive trip to the CrossFit Games this year (18th and 29th place finishes, respectively) and is currently working toward and looking forward to another trip in 2015. If you come in to our Noon class you can usually catch a glimpse of him putting in some sweat equity and improving himself with the educated guidance of Max El Hag and the Training Think Tank.

Travis grew up a gear head, building and racing motocross from a young age until his late teens. A friend then introduced Travis to CrossFit by showing him some Chris Spealler videos; it blew his mind that someone could move so fast with so much weight. It was then that Travis instead realized he wanted to finely tune humans, not bikes. He put down the wrench, picked up the barbell and has been using CrossFit as his tool of choice to not only improve himself, but the lives of those who buy in to what he teaches.
