To help fill the void, they decided to create a formal association for professional child photographers.

In founding and maintaining NAPCP, Kyu’s and Alice’s main goals have always been to help their fellow child photographers and to serve as a valuable resource for their parent readers. Kyu and Alice agree that their favorite aspects of the association center around their members and the community – Kyu most enjoys seeing their Image Competition winners receive the recognition they deserve, and Alice loves to plan the annual retreats for their photographer members.
