Carol W. Fisher, L.C.S.W. (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) is a founder and current CEO / President of Workplace Partners.  Carol received her undergraduate degree from Agnes Scott College and her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Georgia.

She has worked in government services, including child welfare;project management with public/Private partnerships, and maintained a private psychotherapy practice.  She was a founder and Practice Administrator for the largest non-psychiatric multidisciplinary therapy practice in Metro Atlanta.

She then was instrumental in founding an Employee Assistance Program company in which later became Workplace partners.  Carol coordinates with Workplace Partner’s support staff, sales associates, account representatives, and a network of over 30 counselors, trainers, and organizational development professionals to provide services to our client employers and employees.
